S3 Takes a Break
The one when they took a break….
After 1o years of providing singles and social sports in Boston, S3 Boston is taking a necessary break from running sports leagues.
We will use the time off to work on our overall staffing, vision and organization.
The hard truth is: COVID hit us hard. We fought to survive the loss in income and returning teams but it’s been challenging to provide the experience many were used to. We aren’t proud of that and want to go back to our roots.
S3 is also a “one woman show” and that woman had to rely on other work to support herself during the pandemic, and subsequent months. She hasn’t had a break to press “reset” since S3 started – the time is now.
We will not be running Winter Leagues Jan – March. We plan to run Spring Leagues starting in April, 2024.
We will continue to run events and hope you will join us!
